The Lion, Basford

We’ve made the move to The Lion and have been made very welcome. Come along for a chat, a bit of craft and optional food and pub quiz.

Currently we have cross stitch, knitted bootees, shawl and jumpers and crocheted granny square blankets emerging. We even had a spinning wheel this week… come along and share whatever you are working on.

    I know a young 17 year old girl who would like to come along with her mother, but if it is in a pub would this be ok if she has parental supervision?

    The group is still running and meeting every Wednesday evening at the Lion pub in Basford.

    If you’re on Facebook, check out our page where you can get updates about weekly meetings but generally, as a rule, its every Wednesday at the Lion.
